Interpersonal Conflicts

Conflicts take a lot of work to resolve.  The way that conflicts are handled play a big role in the quality of the relationship. There are four approaches when faced with a  conflict. One is the nonassistive appoarch which is avoiding the conflict. Another is the aggresive approach that attacks the person whom you are communicating with. The other is passive aggressive approach that invovles hints about the problem. The last is indirect approach hints about the problem. No one way is the best way for a person to solve a problem. The methods always depend on the conflict and the parties involved.

 

Conflicts always result in one of three outcomes, winwin, winlose, or loselose. I think more often than not conflicts im in result in winlose, with me being the loser cause i suck at ALL conflicts.
